The building consists of three parts. The first floor, Retail,  has a total area of 1,474.92 sq ft including Mezzanine with 590.61 sq ft, the 2-3 floor is a condo office, the second floor is 3,418.22

sq ft , the third floor is 3,472.39 sq ft, and the rest is consists of a total of 20 residential apartment units. (Note: Floor 4-9 are not for sale)

The Mixed Use Areas designation of the project provides for a broad range of commercial, residential and institutional uses, in mixed-use buildings, as well as open spaces and utilities.

The building is located in the southwest corner of Yonge/Eglinton, a prime location in Midtown Toronto, just a short walk from Davisville Metro Station. Near DVP-404 high speed and 401 freeway traffic is very convenient. The planned EglintonCrosstown LRT light rail will attract more and more people.

The Yonge/Eglinton community is dominated by young people and new families with a higher education background. Most of Yonge/Eglinton is an independent, semi-detached house, so the population density and traffic congestion are better than Downtown, therefore it is more suitable for living. In addition, the area retains more of Canada’s local style, with low housing density and better transportation and living facilities.

The project is within the Yonge-Eglinton Secondary Plan Area. A primary objective of the

Secondary Plan is to maintain and reinforce the stability of Neighbourhoods and to

minimize conflicts among uses in Mixed Use Areas, Neighbourhoods, Apartment

Neighbourhoods and Parks and Open Space Areas in terms of land use, scale and

vehicular movement. The development of mixed-use buildings in Mixed Use Areas will

be encouraged to increase active pedestrian circulation at street level, and to increase

housing opportunities for family and other households.
